BELGRADE – Please join the Belgrade Regional Health Center
in welcoming their new Connector, Melissa Martin. Melissa looks forward to
helping patients access important services, such as affordable healthcare,
health insurance, and other social services. She brings over 10 years of
experience to HealthReach, having previously worked in healthcare and engaging
with patients.
Melissa earned
her associate degree in Business Management from Eastern Maine Technical
College, and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Husson
College. She has experience in patient case management, community outreach, and
connecting patients to energy, housing, health, and other services. Melissa
will be an incredible resource for the Belgrade and Albion communities.
Melissa joins our four other Connectors – Tina DeRaps,
LSW; Chenoa Jackson, LSW; Jessica Wyman; and Courtney Koczera. Connectors can
help you apply for healthcare coverage through the Marketplace and MaineCare.
Connectors also provide access to HealthReach’s own Affordable Care “sliding fee”
discount program; certain discounts on prescription medications; and a variety
of other helpful resources in your local community.
Belgrade Regional Health Center
offers a range of services, including family medical care, counseling, and care
management. Our patients include residents of Augusta, Waterville, Rome,
Oakland, Sidney, Vassalboro, Readfield, Manchester, Mount Vernon, and
