DESCRIPTION:The Annual Rotary/MKA 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run is taking over Bethel\, and this year\, the SLIME RUN is back! Join us for Bethel’s biggest\, slimiest event of the year. It’s a great cause\, a fun-filled morning\, and the kind of memories your kids will never forget. \nRegister by Thursday\, May 14\, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET online at: http://www.runreg.com/bethel-rotary-5k \nWhat to expect:\n• Slime Blasting Stations along the 1-mile course\n• Goggles provided for runners\n• Wear red if you prefer not to be slimed\n• Slime is non-toxic and water-soluble (easy cleanup!)\n• The 1-mile winner gets a bucket of slime dumped on their head — or on an MKA team member’s head! \nBefore the race\, the MKA team will be bringing the fun with:\n• Face painting\n• Glitter tattoos\n• T-shirt decorating \nOrder of events: \n7:30 am Post registration and check in starts for all races. Competitors and their families are welcomed to join in the fun games & activities\, including face painting\, provided by the Mahoosuc Kids Association \n8:30 am 5K run/walk (open to all ages) \n9:15 am One mile fun/slime run for ages 12 and under \n9:45 am Awards and recognition
