Outreach Enrollment Specialist – Madison/Bingham

HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a full time Outreach/Enrollment Specialist to link patients to health insurance, social services, and community education opportunities. Working within a system of 11 community health centers which offer primary care with integrated behavioral health, the selected candidate will assist patients in self-empowerment in the use of health systems towards improved wellness and quality of life. The specialist will be based in Madison and Bingham and Livermore Falls and possess excellent organization, computer and communication skills. Requirements include Maine LSW or BA/BS in psychology, education, or related field as well as experience in a healthcare setting. We offer competitive salary and benefits. EOE.
