Lovejoy Health Center is seeking a Patient Service Representative (due to a promotion from within) to join our friendly family practice. Responsibilities include telephone communication, scheduling for multiple disciplines, collecting payments, and clerical duties. Excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of office procedures and equipment are required. Prior medical office experience and medical terminology are preferred. The selected candidate will receive benefits to include a pension plan with employer match.
