Complimentary Care at HealthReach
- Regularly scheduled employees who do not elect a High-Deductible Health Plan are eligible to waive out-of-pocket costs up to $550 per year for care provided by a HealthReach clinician.
403B Retirement Plan with Matching Contributions
A 403B Retirement Plan is available. 403B is the nonprofit equivalent of a 401K.
HealthReach matches 50% of the first 4% you contribute, up to a maximum of 2% of your salary.
Pre-Tax Saving/Spending Accounts (Medical Care, Dependent Care, etc.)
We provide you with additional options to save taxes on healthcare and dependent care expenses.
Staff may direct part of their pretax pay to a Medical Care Reimbursement or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, or both. When employees incur eligible expenses, they are reimbursed from these accounts with pre-tax dollars.
Some HealthReach health insurance plans also include a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You can elect to contribute pre-tax dollars from each paycheck into this account to help your family pay for medical bills and certain related qualifying expenses.
