PHARMACY TECHNICIAN/MEDICATION REFILL SPECIALIST

HealthReach Community Health Centers is seeking to hire an experienced Pharmacy Technician/Medication Refill Specialist to join our dynamic team of medical professionals. Applicant must have excelled as a retail pharmacy technician (no current/ active license or certification needed) having superior comprehension and understanding of medications and prescription processing. Excellent customer service skills, telephone communication, strong attention to detail, and an ability to multi-task are essential. Responsibilities include, reviewing and completing medication refill requests, following standing orders, documenting in an Electronic Health Record, completing prior authorizations, working directly with all staff within the practice(s), patients, and pharmacies to increase adherence and prescribing efficiencies. Proficient computer skills are required. We prefer to hire a person with pharmacy experience, but no license is required. We offer an excellent benefits package, competitive salary, and positive work environment. NO late night or weekend shifts!
