Tiger Health Center

Tiger Health Center is HealthReach’s second school-based health center (SBHC) location, located at Gardiner Area High School (MSAD 11) in Gardiner, Maine. This SBHC was established in 2026, and offers easy-to-access healthcare for students and staff of MSAD #11, located near Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph, and West Gardiner in Kennebec County, Maine.

The mission of HealthReach School-Based Health Centers is to provide quality healthcare in a friendly, confidential setting, at a time and place convenient to students and staff members. We listen to students and work with them and their families to meet their needs and ensure that they can afford care, regardless of insurance status. We can also help connect students to social services and community resources, such as health insurance and food assistance.
