Tiger Health Center

Tiger Health Center is HealthReach’s second school-based health center (SBHC) location, located at Gardiner High School (MSAD 11) in Gardiner, Maine. This SBHC was established in 2026, and offers easy-to-access healthcare for students and staff of MSAD #11, conveniently located near Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph, and West Gardiner in Kennebec County,  Maine.

We offer care in the school to ensure quality, accessible healthcare to all students. We listen to students and work with them and their families to meet their needs. We make sure that students’ families can afford the care they need, whether or not they have health insurance. We can also help connect students to social services and community resources, such as health insurance and food assistance.
