OUTREACH ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a full time Outreach/Enrollment Specialist to assist patients in navigating the complicated world of insurance, social services, and community services. The selected candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and must be ready for the challenge of helping patients address needs in an ever-changing healthcare and service environment. This position serves our health centers in Madison and Bingham. Join our experienced team of “Connectors”. Experience in social work, case management, and healthcare preferred. 

The very first practice in the HealthReach organization, Bingham Area Health Center, founded in 1975, is  part of HealthReach Community Health Centers – a Federally Qualified Health Center  consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. If you enjoy the outdoors, Bingham is the place for you. Experience fishing, hiking, fall foliage, kayaking, and river rafting as well as swimming and boating on nearby Wyman Lake.  Bingham is located just 30 minutes from Skowhegan, which has a growing reputation as an agricultural food hub, hosts an independent movie theater, and is home to annual events such as the Skowhegan State Fair, Maine Artisan Bread Fair, Riverfest celebration.

Madison Area Health Center, founded in 1977, is a part of HealthReach Community Health Centers – a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. Situated along the Kennebec River and in the foothills of Maine’s western mountains, the Madison area is a lovely place to plant your roots. Just a 15-minute drive from Madison, Skowhegan has a growing reputation as an agricultural food hub, hosts an independent movie theater, and is home to annual events such as the Skowhegan State Fair, Maine Artisan Bread Fair, Riverfest celebration, and the Craft Brew Festival. Additionally, Madison is just 30 minutes from the developing art scene in Waterville, Maine, which also offers shopping amenities, dining opportunities, and is home to Colby and Thomas Colleges.
