Strong organizational skills, effective communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time are essential skills for this position.  Responsibilities include oversight of the organization’s orientation and training programs for clinical and administrative staff in collaboration with internal team members, development of training materials, management of the library of training materials, maintaining training records, and coordination of training schedules. A post-secondary degree (associate or bachelor’s degree) or five years of relevant experience is required.
