HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a full time Outreach/Enrollment Specialist to assist patients in navigating the complicated world of insurance, social services, and community services. The selected candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and must be ready for the challenge of helping patients address needs in an ever-changing healthcare and service environment.
