HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join medical providers offering primary care at our Western Maine Family Health Center in Livermore Falls and Bethel Family Health Center. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with medical teams in providing on-site medication management for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation and treatment of patients as well as consultations and collaboration with health center staff and patients to develop treatment plans.  We offer competitive salary and benefits, pension plan with employer match, malpractice coverage and professional development opportunities.
