HealthReach Community Health Centers is seeking a MEDICAL ASSISTANT/LPN to support a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who sees patients on a rotating basis at 2 health centers. Responsibilities include triage, laboratory functions, recording medical information, direct patient care and education, processing mental health referrals, supporting the behavioral health staff and electronic medical record documentation. The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, provide quality patient care, and be committed to the team is essential.

Bingham Area Dental Center seeks a full-time Dentist to provide general dentistry to people of all ages. The dental practice, located within a community health center which has served the community for 50 years, is equipped with the latest dental equipment including digital radiography, chair side computer charting and intra-oral imaging. Each year, 3,000 area residents visit Bingham Area Health Center for medical and oral healthcare.
