ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

HealthReach Community Health Centers (Waterville) is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides support to central office administration. This position performs general clerical, receptionist and project-based work as well as maintaining master organization-wide meeting schedules, supporting a number of organization-wide meetings, assisting in the compilation of financial, statistical, and operational data and the development of reports, and much more. The person in this position will help project a professional company image through in-person, phone, email, and mail interaction. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and computer skills are required. HealthReach Community Health Centers provides healthcare in rural communities and offers a team-oriented environment.

HealthReach’s Central Office is home to the Administration, Billing, Finance, Communications, and Information Technology departments of HealthReach Community Health Centers — a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. The office is located just minutes from thriving downtown Waterville, which is home to Colby College, well-established dining and nightlife, numerous shopping opportunities, and an up-and-coming art scene.
