Albion, Maine – Connie Coggins, HealthReach President & CEO, and Nona Quirion, Lovejoy Health Center Practice Manager, together extend their gratitude to the Lovejoy Community Board for their years of support. The Lovejoy Community Board is the nonprofit board of community members that has overseen the Lovejoy Health Center building since its establishment in 1978. At the end of 2023, the Lovejoy Community Board held their final meeting before turning over building ownership to HealthReach Community Health Centers.

Nona Quirion, Lovejoy Health Center Practice Manager, says,

“Lovejoy Health Center has enjoyed an amazing relationship with the Community Board. Many board members have given decades of personal and financial support, creating a comfortable, well-maintained, and well-appointed medical home for patients and staff alike over the past 45 years.

The Community Board has provided multiple additions and upgrades to the original building, with the most recent half-million dollar remodel and expansion completed in 2017. They have personally supported initiatives that include the donation of school supplies during Health Center weeks, Christmas gifts for patient families, support for Thanksgiving dinners, and yard sale fundraisers whose proceeds were given back to patients and families to meet basic needs.

Lovejoy Health Center wishes to express its gratitude to those who have taken such good care of us over the years!”
