We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to support a Family Nurse Practitioner who provides primary care and preventative services. The start date for this position is July 2026. Must have a passion to work with adolescents, be flexible working in a school environment, work independently, have good communication and organizational skills and a willingness to take initiative to meet the needs of the students. Responsibilities include triage, immunizations, chronic disease management, laboratory functions, recording medical information, administrative duties, direct patient care and education.
