MEDICAL RECORDS TECHNICIAN

Lovejoy Health Center is seeking a Medical Records Technician. Responsibilities include maintaining the records included in the patient’s health information portfolio, including but not limited to medical history,  examination results, diagnostic tests, treatment methods, consents and provider/consultant letters; Filing appropriate documents received via electronic transmission or through scanning according to determined categories in a consistent and timely manner; Entering clinical data (including service dates) from external sources (diagnostic reports, specialists’ reports, immunization records, etc.) into the records of individual patients: Monitoring fax queues for information to be processed. Maintains a high level of confidentiality of patient health information, business information, and employee information to remain in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations. Must show keen attention to detail, be highly accurate and work independently and efficiently; Must have high level computer skills as well as excellent customer service, problem solving, telephone and communication skills. Medical Records experience preferred.

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSICIAN ASSOCIATE

Make a meaningful impact.  Support healthy students.  HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a student-centered Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to serve as the first clinician at a newly established school-based health center.  You will provide accessible, high-quality care directly within the school environment.  This role includes providing clinical services not only to students but also to school faculty and staff, supporting the overall wellness of the school community.  You will have access to tools to support your work including an organizational membership in an evidence-based clinical decision support resource, access to a virtual platform for curbside consults with specialists, and support with the completion of visit documentation using an artificial intelligence platform.  The selected candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate on a multidisciplinary team.  Experience with children/adolescents is preferred.  This position will begin in August 2026, aligning with the start of the school year. The selected candidate will receive a sign-on bonus, competitive salary and benefits, malpractice coverage, pension plan with employer match, loan repayment opportunities.
