This is an opportunity to help address oral health disparities in a rural population—providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families who rely on us as their dental home.  You’ll be joining a strong, established care team, a supportive, skilled clinical and administrative team committed to patient care and teamwork.  In Strong, locals appreciate the pace of rural Maine and like to spend time outdoors at nearby hiking trails, water recreation locations, snowmobile trails, and much more. The selected candidate will receive competitive salary and benefits, malpractice coverage, pension plan with employer match, loan repayment (internal program), and relocation expense reimbursement, and a new hire sign-on bonus. The salary range for this role is $176,000-$213,000 with the potential for a bonus based on quality incentives and potential bonuses for visit volume and team quality outcomes.  This range reflects the full scope of the position across multiple experience levels, and pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
