MEDICAL ASSISTANT or LPN

HealthReach Community Health Centers is opening a new Health Center, located inside the Gardiner Area High School. We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to support a Family Nurse Practitioner who provides primary care and preventative services. The start date for this position is July 2026. Must have a passion to work with adolescents, be flexible working in a school environment, work independently, have good communication and organizational skills and a willingness to take initiative to meet the needs of the students. Responsibilities include triage, immunizations, chronic disease management, laboratory functions, recording medical information, administrative duties, direct patient care and education.

Tiger Health Center (Gardiner, Maine), founded in 2026, is a school-based health center that is part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers across Central and Western Maine.
