PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Lovejoy Health Center is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their friendly family practice. Responsibilities include telephone communication, scheduling for multiple disciplines, collecting payments, and clerical duties. Excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills and working knowledge of office procedures and equipment are required. Prior medical office experience and medical terminology are preferred. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits and pension plan with employer match.

Lovejoy Health Center (Albion, Maine), founded in 1978, is a part of HealthReach Community Health Centers – a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. Albion is situated among the rolling hills and wide-open fields of Kennebec County in the heart of a farming community. Albion is 20 minutes from the developing art scene in Waterville, Maine which also offers shopping amenities, dining opportunities, and is home to Colby and Thomas Colleges. In the other direction, Albion is 30 minutes from the beautiful Belfast, Maine community on the Maine coast.
