PHYSICIAN

Belgrade Regional Health Center seeks a full-time Physician to provide primary care and preventive services in a family practice. As a NCQA-Patient-Centered Medical Home, we offer accessible, high quality healthcare focused on the patient’s care experience, which include routine physicals, chronic disease management, and acute care. The health center is part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a system of 12 practices in Central and Western Maine with a 50-year history. Our team-based approach to patient care includes integrated behavioral health with colleagues offering on-site counseling and psychiatric medication management services.  You will have access to tools to support your work including an organizational membership in an evidence-based clinical decision support resource, access to a virtual platform for curbside consults with specialists, and coming soon, in spring/summer 2025, support with the completion of visit documentation using an artificial intelligence platform.  We offer competitive salary and benefits, pension plan with employer match, malpractice coverage, and loan repayment options. Belgrade Regional Health Center, founded in 1977, is a part of HealthReach Community Health Centers – a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. Located in the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region of central Maine, this position would place you amongst the picturesque chain of seven sparkling lakes and abundant streams.
