Western Maine Family Health Center (Livermore Falls) seeks a full-time Physician to provide primary care and preventive services in a family practice. As a NCQA-Patient-Centered Medical Home, we offer accessible, high-quality healthcare with integrated behavioral health services focused on the patient’s care experience, which include routine physicals, chronic disease management, and acute care.
