WATERVILLE – Patrice M. Thibodeau, M.D., joined HealthReach Community Health Centers in July. She has more than 25 years of primary care experience serving patients of all ages. Dr. Thibodeau joins our team of covering clinicians, who provide services across multiple sites to ensure continuity of care in the communities we serve.
Dr. Thibodeau obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago in Illinois. She completed her postdoctoral training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester, New York. Dr. Thibodeau previously obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry, Sociology, and Biology at Bowdoin College. She has practiced primary care in the states of New York, Colorado, and Maine. Dr. Thibodeau has also held a number of departmental positions over the years, accumulating more than 20 years of teaching experience – particularly in graduate and postdoctoral medical studies.
Dr. Thibodeau enjoys canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking with her partner and two Vizsla dogs. She loves living in Carrabassett Valley, where there are so many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Dr. Thibodeau says, “I am very much looking forward to returning to primary care – even if just on a per diem basis for now!”. She will be a tremendous asset to the HealthReach team and our communities.

Bingham – This August, staff at Bingham Area Health Center are pleased to welcome Alexandra “Alex” Martocci, Physician Assistant. Alex has more than four years of medical experience in both hospital and rural settings.
Alex earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida Gainesville. Previously, she earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She has experience providing care in urgent care settings and in hospitals, and specifically in providing well-patient exams, wound care treatments, womens’ wellness exams, and general care. Alex will be a wonderful addition to the Bingham area and surrounding communities.
Alex joins a great team, including licensed clinical social worker Leah Agren, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner Kelly Bell Bragg, and physician Diane Zavotsky. Our clinicians offer medical and behavioral health services to patients of all ages. Chenoa Jackson – a licensed social worker – serves as our Connector and assists patients in accessing affordable healthcare options and other support services.
Our Bingham practice has served both residents and visitors from Bingham, Caratunk, Embden, Moscow, Pleasant Ridge, Solon, The Forks, West Forks – as well as nearby communities – since its founding in 1975.

BELGRADE– This August, staff at Belgrade Regional Health Center are pleased to welcome Abigail Dalzell, Family Nurse Practitioner. Abigail has more than four years of medical experience in hospital and rural settings.
Abigail earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine in Portland. She previously obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Abigail’s interests range from expanding Medication Assistance Treatment (MAT) services, to introducing trauma-informed practices, to providing excellent geriatric care. Abigail completed some of her clinical rotations at our Lovejoy (Albion), Mt. Abram (Kingfield), and Western Maine (Livermore Falls) health centers. We are pleased to welcome her back to the HealthReach team, knowing she will be a wonderful addition to the Belgrade community!

LIVERMORE FALLS – This June, staff at Western Maine Family Health Center are pleased to welcome Ashly Jewell, Nurse Practitioner to the team. Ashly has more than eight years of nursing experience, over which time she has treated patients of all ages.
Ashly earned her Master of Science in Nursing, with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Southern Maine in Portland. She has experience providing care in a variety of settings, from performing well-patient exams and wound care treatments, to child development treatments. Ashly interned at our Belgrade Regional Health Center in the summer of 2020. We are happy to welcome her back to the HealthReach team, and we know she will be a wonderful addition to the Livermore Falls community!

KINGFIELD – This April, staff at Mt. Abram Regional Health Center are pleased to welcome Jennifer Caudell, Nurse Practitioner. She has been providing care at another HealthReach practice – the Belgrade Regional Health Center – since 2016.
Jennifer earned her Master of Science degree with a concentration in Nursing from the North Georgia College and State University in 2009, where she had previously completed both Associate and Bachelor of Science degrees. She is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her areas of clinical expertise include pediatrics, college health, addiction, and emergency medicine. Jennifer recently shared, “I like to meet patients where they are on the road of life”. She is a welcome addition to the Kingfield community.
