Do you have a passion for helping others and problem solving? HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a full time Outreach/Enrollment Specialist to assist patients in navigating the complicated world of insurance, social services, and community services. The selected candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and must be ready for the challenge of helping patients address needs in an ever-changing healthcare and service environment. This position serves our health centers in Madison and Bingham. Join our experienced team of “Connectors”. Experience in social work, case management, and healthcare preferred. 

The very first practice in the HealthReach organization, Bingham Area Health Center, founded in 1975, is  part of HealthReach Community Health Centers – a Federally Qualified Health Center  consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. Madison Area Health Center, founded in 1977, is a part of HealthReach Community Health Centers – a Federally Qualified Health Center consisting of twelve community health centers located across Central and Western Maine. Situated along the Kennebec River and in the foothills of Maine’s western mountains, the Madison area is a lovely place to plant your roots. Just a 15-minute drive from Madison, Skowhegan has a growing reputation as an agricultural food hub, hosts an independent movie theater, and is home to annual events such as the Skowhegan State Fair, Maine Artisan Bread Fair, Riverfest celebration, and the Craft Brew Festival. DENTAL DIRECTOR/DENTIST

Bingham Area Dental Center seeks a full time Dentist who will fulfill the dual role of Dentist and Dental Director.  The Dental Director will provide clinical leadership and direction to the dental team to ensure the delivery of high quality, accessible, and coordinated care. The Dental Director will also provide general dentistry to people of all ages. The dental practice, located within a community health center which has served the community for 49 years, is equipped with the latest dental equipment including digital radiography, chair side computer charting and intra-oral imaging. Each year, 3,000 area residents visit Bingham Area Health Center for medical and oral healthcare. Bingham is one of 12 practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers serving Central and Western Maine.
