Responsibilities include: Making specialist and outside diagnostic test appointments for patients, documenting in the EMR, notifying patients of their appointments, tracking referrals to be sure appointments have been made, process insurance referrals and prior authorizations as needed. Excellent communication skills, medical terminology, working knowledge of office procedures and equipment are required. Prior medical office experience and proficient computer skills are preferred. HealthReach Community Health Centers is searching for an Information Security Analyst. The person in this position will be a member of the Information Technology team and will work closely with the Emergency Preparedness Team to develop and implement a comprehensive information security program. This includes defining security policies, processes, and standards. This person will be responsible for monitoring computer networks and defining processes to ensure that security configurations are maintained. The selected candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in information security. CISSP, CISA or related certifications preferred. Must have knowledge of computer network penetration testing and techniques, an understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts, with the ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
