Sheepscot Valley Health Center is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their friendly family practice. Responsibilities include telephone communication, scheduling for multiple disciplines, collecting payments, and clerical duties. Excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills and working knowledge of office procedures and equipment are required. Prior medical office experience and medical terminology are preferred. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits and pension plan with employer match.

Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) looking to work in a primary care setting? You will collaborate with primary care clinicians to develop treatment plans that address both physical and behavioral healthcare using a shared EMR. You will have the support of mission-driven colleagues who appreciate the opportunity to support patients in rural communities by employing solution-focused interventions. Meet regularly with LCSW, LCPC and LMSW colleagues to advance initiatives, participate in peer supervision activities, and to enhance your skill set by obtaining licensure as a drug and alcohol counselor (LADC). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in the treatment of behavioral health and substance use disorder utilizing evidence-based treatment.
